Introduction
Fireflies Labs (“we”, “us”) develops Cloksy (“the app”). Your work routine and hours are your own business, so Cloksy is built to work without an account and without a server.
This policy describes the information the app handles and how it is protected.
Data stays on your device
Cloksy has no sign-up, username or password. The following information is stored only in a private database on your phone:

We do not operate servers that hold your personal information. We do not collect, sell or share your time data with employers, advertisers or any other third party.
Device backups. If Android backup is turned on in your phone’s settings, Android may include Cloksy’s data in your Google account backup so it can be restored on a new phone. That backup is made by your device and controlled by you in your device settings; we cannot access it.
Location
Cloksy does not request, access or store your location. It does not ask for any location permission and has no internet access.
Salary tracking
Salary tracking is off by default. If you turn it on, the take-home pay and paid-leave count you enter are used only on your phone to estimate earnings.
Third parties and analytics
Cloksy contains no advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, or trackers from ad networks, data brokers or social platforms. If you are asked to rate the app, that prompt is shown by Google Play and is subject to Google’s privacy policy; Cloksy does not receive your rating or any personal information from it.
Your control
- Export: create a monthly A4 PDF timesheet, or an Excel or CSV file of all your records, whenever you like. Exports are shared only to the app you choose.
- Edit or delete: change or remove punch records and day statuses from the calendar.
- Erase everything: go to Settings → Apps → Cloksy → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
Children
Cloksy is not directed to children under 13. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children: everything you enter stays on your device.
Privacy laws
Because your information stays on your device and is not sent to us, Cloksy is designed to minimize data collection in line with principles found in the GDPR (European Union), LGPD (Brazil) and the DPDP Act (India). If you export a PDF and share it, that copy is under your control.
